First, the diet nursed back to health

"moist" is appropriate. Autumn easy to hurt the body fluid, usually appropriate to drink more water, light tea, soy milk and other beverages. Should also eat more radish, tomatoes, tofu, white fungus, pears, persimmons, bananas, etc., these foods have the effect of lungs and fluid, nourishing Yin dryness. To ban smoking, wine and hot peppers and other products. Dusk autumn season, people's refined gas began to seal, eat nutritious food easier to digest, absorption and collection, help to improve the function of organs, enhance the quality of the human body. On the frail elderly, more rehabilitation, illnesses and delay the effectiveness of. At this time may be appropriate to eat more chicken, duck, beef, liver, fish and shrimp and lotus seeds, jujube and the like. At the same time should also pay attention to the diet warm, fasting fasting.
Second, diligence spit, anti-dry care. Chinese medicine known as "kidney fluid for the spit" that the profit and loss of saliva is closely related to the rise and fall of the kidney. Therefore, the elderly should often do Shuquan surgery. That is, every morning wash is completed, quietly sit quietly in the quiet moment, the first knock 36 teeth, and then use the tongue in the mouth stirring until saliva mouth swallow 3 times, and intended to be sent to the pubic region, then slowly from the mouth Exhale, exhale lips slightly, but do not say anything, so repeated 36 times, pause for a moment, both hands fist, so do 3 times. If this method is done sooner or later, great benefit to the prevention of autumn dryness. In addition, the elderly should be able to get up early in their daily lives in order to convergence of air, so as to maintain the purifying function of the lungs, to resist evil invasion.
Third, to enhance exercise, to adapt to "autumn freeze." Autumn climate changes larger, sooner or later disparities in temperature, good physique of the elderly to wear light and thin is appropriate, not thickening clothing, should be subject to some cold, in order to gradually enhance the ability of cold resistance. Therefore, in our country known as "autumn frozen cover spring" argument. Older people with weaker immune system should gradually increase their clothes to avoid recurrence or increase of new illness, so as to prevent the invasion of cold and induce new diseases. In addition, the elderly can be based on personal hobbies and interests, to the best of their ability to choose the appropriate exercise items, such as walking, jogging, doing exercises, boxing, playing ball, picnic and so on.

All You Need

Boiled down to all of our essence, all we really want is to be loved...by our spouses, by our family, by the people we work with, by everyone. The key to being loved by all of these people is actually quite simple: love yourself first!
So how do you love yourself, why don't we love ourselves and why is this all you need? Let me start with the last question first: why is all we need to love ourself first? We need to accept ourself, to love ourself, in order to allow ourselves to be loved by others. If we can't love ourself, can't be worthy of our own love, how can we expect others to love us? Oh sure, our mom will still love us, and maybe our dad will love us, and yes, grandma and grandpa will still love us. But how deeply will they love us if we can't love ourselves, if we can't be open and honest with ourself first? Probably not as deeply as we need them to. We need to choose to love ourself, just like we choose a positive attitude. You've done bad things, or had bad things done to you, that make you feel badly. It's okay and in fact, it's perfectly normal.
Why don't we love ourselves? It goes back to the last word in last paragraph: normal. We don't think the things we do are "normal." We have unreasonable expectations of ourselves, and this leads us to not love ourselves as we should.
How do we learn to love ourselves? It begins with self-acceptance. Choose to accept yourself for who you are, warts and all, and then you can open yourself up to sharing your whole self with others.
The next thing to learning to love ourselves is changing our expectations of ourselves. We are only broken people in a broken world, and we are not perfect. We are not to be compared to anyone else, we just are what we are. We're meant to experience life as it comes, even when it's not "great" and to learn from our mistakes. I am often SO guilty of not doing this, but I'm working on it. It's not easy, but with practice, it will get better.
The last thing is honesty. Be honest with where you are right now. Take a minute and write it down. Not the location, but where you are in regards to the various important things in your life. Good and bad things all need to be written down. Once you realize where you are, you'll realize you have a LOT more to be thankful for than you thought.
So all you need is love...love yourself first, and then open your heart and let others love you too.

White House

A senior White House aide on Sunday said U.S. President Barack Obama still enjoyed wide support from Democrats despite the tax cut deal fallout, and sees no one challenge the president in party primary before the presidential election in 2012.

In response to a question on CNN's State of the Union broadcast on Sunday, David Axelrod, Obama's senior aide, said: "I really don 't" expect Obama to have a challenge in the primary.

"I can't predict obviously anybody can file for an office but I see strong support among Democrats for this president. They understand that he's fighting hard, trying hard to move this country forward. They understand what we've accomplished already," said Axelrod.

Obama is facing party revolt over a tax cut deal he reached with Congressional Republicans. The deal, announced on Monday evening, would extend the soon-to-expire Bush-era tax cuts at all income levels for another two years, while extending emergency jobless benefits through 2011.

The framework agreement, especially the extension of tax cut for the wealthiest Americans, had sparked criticism from some congressional Democratic leaders over the past days, who believed that Obama did not fight hard enough and his conciliatory moves gave an olive branch to the GOP too quickly.

Axelrod dismissed the notion that Obama is tacking back to the center, saying "the president is who the president always has been. He's someone trying to solve problems for the American people."

Depression drug

Applying a depression drug to breast cancer treatment may relieve joint and muscle pain, a new study revealed on Saturday.

The study looked at the drug duloxetine, or Cymbalta, which is used to treat depression and generalized anxiety disorder, the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) said on its website.

The drug is also been shown to work in multiple other chronic pain conditions, such as fibromyalgia and, more recently, osteoarthritis, and is believed to decrease pain through its actions in the central nervous system, the AAAS said.

The study involved women who ere taking aromatase inhibitors, a type of drug designed to block the production of estrogen, which fuels some breast cancers.

About half of women taking these drugs experience aches and pains in their joints and muscles that cannot be adequately relieved by over-the-counter painkillers. Up to 20 percent of these women will stop taking an aromatase inhibitor because of this pain.

But after taking Duloxetine, nearly three-quarters of the 29 patients reported that their pain had decreased by at least 30 percent. On average, after eight weeks of treatment, pain scores declined 61 percent. Only one in five patients stopped taking duloxetine because of side effects.

"Since women typically take these drugs for five years, it is important that the side effects not interfere too much with their quality of life, or they will be less likely to continue taking the medicine, which may lead to a greater chance of their breast cancer returning," said study author N. Lynn Henry, M.D., Ph.D., assistant professor of internal medicine at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center.

"Duloxetine appears to be effective at reducing the muscle and joint pain many women experience from aromatase inhibitors, with only mild additional side effects," Henry said in the study.

Henry presented the initial results of the study at the 33rd AnnualBreast Cancer Symposium in San Antonio, Texas on Saturday, according to the AAAS.

The researchers are planning a randomized, controlled trial comparing duloxetine to placebo, the AAAS said.

Australia

Australian federal government on Tuesday announced to spend millions on an assurance fund, to help international students manage sudden college collapses.

The Mid-Year Economic and Fiscal Outlook, released on Tuesday, showed the jobless rate is expected to fall to 4.5 percent in 2011/12.

Tertiary Education Minister Chris Evans said the strengthening Australian economy meant not as much money was needed for the retraining of retrenched workers.

"This allowed the government to redirect 55 million U.S. dollars from the productivity places program, in line with the need to find savings across the budget," Evans said in a statement on Tuesday.

Evans said Labor government will allocate another 25 million U. S. dollars over two years into the assurance fund, which helps international students manage sudden college collapses.

It is clear that a number of Australian international education providers will be under pressure in 2011 from a range of factors, Evans said, partly because of the high value of the Australian dollar.

For the first time in more than 14 years, an Australian minister for tertiary education last week gone to China to try to head off a potentially disastrous collapse in the number of young Chinese studying in Australia.

More than one in three of the 212,000 overseas students on university campuses in Australia are from China and one in 10 are from India. These two markets now comprise almost 46 percent of the total of international students in Australia.

Motorola works

Motorola is involved in various education and innovation programs in China through its partnership with local nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), a company executive said.

"Our overall strategy is to continue to improve education and create better communities everywhere with our employees work," Eileen Sweeney, director for corporate and foundation philanthropic relations at Motorola, told Xinhua in an interview in Chicago on Saturday.

Motorola Foundation, the company's philanthropic arm, recently hosted its first-ever Asia-Pac Network Grantee Conference in Shanghai, at which 30 NGOs received 821,000 U.S. dollars for local education, she said.

Such cooperation with the Chinese NGOs was fruitful, Sweeney said. "We have been involved since 1994 and have helped more than 23,000 children in China return to elementary schools. We donated more than 5 million U.S. dollars to fund 105 Motorola Hope schools in China."

While providing financial support for schools, Motorola also helped with teacher training, provided resources and scholarships for students, she added. "We want to be so much more than just writing a check."

Motorola has about 1,000 employees who volunteer for China's Project Hope, and is engaged in another education program called Career Goal, she said.

Innovation is another focus area for Motorola's philanthropic work in China, said Sweeney.

For example, Motorola funded the Mobile Lab program at the Shanghai Science Museum, which brings science into rural Chinese communities.

On Oct. 13, about 2,500 Motorola employees volunteered at 39 "Annual Global Service Day" projects in Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Shanghai cities.

Working with NGOs in China always leads to great ideas, she added. "It is really a privilege to be partnering with NGOs, and they make the real difference."

female skeleton

A 2,000-year-old intact skeleton of an elderly woman was unearthed from a tomb from the early Western Han dynasty at the construction site of an industrial park in the north of Zhuchengjie, a satellite city of Wuhan, capital of east-central China's Hubei Province, on Nov. 19.

Much gray hair can still be seen clearly on her skull

The archaeological team said that when exploring the tomb numbered M6 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Nov. 19, they found a nearly intact outer coffin and almost no water had leaked into it. More surprisingly, there was a well-preserved dark brown skeleton inside the inner coffin, with a lot of gray hair still on the skull.

The coffin was tied with seven pieces of hemp rope. It was identified as the skeleton of a woman aged about 70 years, according to the funeral customs of the early Western Han dynasty, the distance between the chin and the pit of the stomach; bone structure and thickness; as well as other evidence.

The archaeological team explained that the woman's skeleton and hair were well preserved because she was buried in multiple coffins, with the outer coffin covered by a thick layer of special plaster, and hair is not easily damaged by water.
